We don't publish live status here yet. A hard-coded “all systems operational” would keep saying that during an outage, so we won't claim it until the monitoring behind it is real.

If surveys or message blocks aren't showing on your store, check Home → Why isn't it showing? inside AfterAsk first — most causes are store-side (checkout setup, display rules) rather than an AfterAsk outage.
